  • Oversee regional/local marketing and sales activities for products, systems, and services within the defined industry segment(s) to substantially increase sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Define the industry group footprint (market presence, execution standards, and delivery model) and develop and implement a market-based strategy including direct, third-party, and project sales.
  • Interpret global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements, implement with country-specific action plans, and activate operational intelligence, benchmarking, and analysis to identify best processes, equipment, and automation practices.
