Must-have

  • Valid current RN license required

  • One year behavioral health experience
  • CPR certification mandatory
  • De-escalation training required
  • Staff scheduling and supervision duties

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree preferred
  • Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
  • Veterans and military spouses encouraged
  • Experience with QI reports
  • Mentoring and training staff

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from accredited school of nursing
  • Valid RN license from state or compact state
  • Minimum two years RN experience
  • Minimum one year behavioral health experience
  • CPR and de-escalation training certification
  • Preferred BSN degree and Psychiatric Nursing certification
