Base: $112,000 - $168,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits available

Key Requirements
3+ years DevOps or software development experience
3+ years experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB
2+ years experience with Kubernetes and EC2 deployments
2+ years managing EKS clusters
2+ years experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch monitoring
Experience with ELK/OpenSearch logging and PagerDuty alerting
