Must-have

  • Active DoD Top Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • 8 years relevant military or professional experience
  • Integrated Product Team (IPT) construct familiarity
  • System Requirements Review (SRR) support
  • Preliminary Design Review (PDR) participation

Nice-to-have

  • Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
  • Experience with Critical Design Review (CDR)
  • Full lifecycle Systems Engineering knowledge
  • Military aircraft or spacecraft systems background
  • Proposal activity engineering support
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Must have active DoD Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelors degree in STEM plus 8 years experience OR Masters plus 6 years
  • Ability to obtain Special Access Program clearance
  • US Citizenship required for government clearance
  • On-site work requirement at San Diego or Palmdale facility
