As Team Lead Production, you are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and coaching a team of approximately 18 employees within the ALUS3 department, working in an early/late shift system.
Your responsibilities include organizing and managing daily production activities, gaining insight into the full value stream for proactive decision-making, and ensuring output, safety, quality, and efficiency.
