Job Summary

  • Provide proactive and actionable legal guidance on various matters including corporate, transactional, sourcing, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, labor and employment, and regulatory issues.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex procurement and project delivery agreements, support P3 projects, and manage SPVs and JVs.
  • Offer competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k with company match, and opportunities for training and career planning.
