You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists, to coordinate seamless care and facilitate communication among all involved parties.
This position provides comprehensive care coordination, supporting a holistic and coordinated approach across the continuum of care and assists with informed decision-making.
