Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition, recording entries in an informative manner, and reporting accidents and incidents.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, personal care needs, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
