Job Summary

• The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized and complete solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
• Responsibilities include ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty, while supervising Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance, with potential eligibility for a bonus and/or other incentives.
