Job Summary

  • The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
  • The main functions of this team are to manage, research, analyse and advise on the Group’s workplace policies so that they support the Group’s vision.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees, line and senior management on employment related matters, and deal with unions, solicitors and other workplace representatives.
