Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
  • 1–2 years experience in luxury hotel Front Office or Food & Beverage
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Right to work in Malaysia
  • Knowledge of luxury service standards
  • Experience with Opera or similar PMS preferred
