Job Summary

  • Take end-to-end ownership for all Organizational Readiness and Change Management (ORCM) activities required to successfully prepare KION’s organization for the rollout of the global Business Transformation (BT) Process Template.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops with local and central leaders to deliver key Organizational Readiness outcomes and present results to program and senior management.

Key Requirements
