The R&D Assistant will execute technical development for Skin Cleansing and Deodorants, coordinate trials, evaluate results, and ensure specifications are met for formula, ingredients, process, and performance.
This role acts as a technical bridge between plant, supply chain, marketing, and regulatory teams, ensuring timely delivery of innovations, renovations, and formula/packaging changes while validating claims and artwork.
