Job Summary
This position assists Campus Living Facilities with exterior maintenance, litter and trash for properties, rental home maintenance and repair, and other projects needed to keep the residential facilities owned by The Office of Campus Living at The University of Arkansas Little Rock.
Responsibilities include performing maintenance assistance for facilities, monitoring exterior litter and trash, performing light grounds work, inspecting sprinkler systems, coordinating grounds care for vacant properties, and assisting with renovations and repair cleanup.
The role requires responding to Campus Living facility emergencies and crises after hours and on weekends.
