PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter for its Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting efforts across the Asia, Middle East, and Europe (AMEE) regions. The role requires extensive recruiting experience, strategic talent management capabilities, and the ability to develop effective hiring processes

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.

  • Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, managing the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers.
