Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling
Experience with FEA analysis and design verification
Knowledge of casting and structure component development
Understanding of APQP and PPAP quality processes
Nice-to-have
Background in construction or mining machinery
Strong presentation and communication skills
Fluent English proficiency
Project management and risk management experience

Key Requirements
