Base: $87,600 - $134,700 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual incentive plan eligible; Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off

8+ years telecom network operations experience
Deep knowledge of submarine cable systems
Experience with international submarine consortiums
Expertise in IP/MPLS and optical transport
Ability to manage multi-party incident response

AI-driven fault detection familiarity
Strong executive communication skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years telecom industry experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or telecommunications
