Job Summary
This role is critical in executing complex assembly processes such as Winding, Core Stacking, or Active Part Assembly while ensuring that every action aligns with our rigorous standards of safety, quality, and ethical conduct.
You will oversee and manage all team members to ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and the correct wearing of PPE, and ensure all high-risk activities strictly follow ABRA.
