Must-have

Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe knowledge
Coaching senior leaders on outcome-driven ways of working
Experience with PI Planning and scaled delivery ceremonies
Embedding control-by-design in regulated environments
Nice-to-have
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
Formal Agile Coaching or Scrum Master certifications
