Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical systems, and grounds, as well as reporting equipment malfunctions promptly.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident protected health information and follow established safety precautions while performing their duties.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions and percentages

Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
