Salary
Base: $31.08 - $57.75/hour ($60,600 - $112,600 annually); Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and annual equity awards eligibility; Benefits: Health, life, disability, 401(k) match, and generous time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Daily animal husbandry for rodents and zebrafish
Facility sanitation and equipment maintenance
Compliance with federal and state animal welfare laws
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Nice-to-have
ALAT Certification or pursuit thereof
Experience with small animal USDA protocols
Continuous learning and professional development mindset
Strong collaboration with scientific partners
Independent decision-making on operational standards
Key Requirements
GED or High School degree required
2-year Veterinary Technology or 4-year Science degree preferred
Thorough understanding of Animal Welfare laws and SOPs
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motion tasks
