Key Requirements
7+ years of experience managing employee performance and behavior
Experience with performance improvement plans
Experience partnering with Security Services, Legal, Ethics, and Investigations
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience or 10+ years HR experience in lieu of degree
