  • You will ensure the smooth operation, continuous improvement, and automation of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes supported by COUPA.
  • Identify opportunities to embed innovative technologies (RPA, AI) for process improvements and define solution roadmaps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor between business and IT teams, collaborating with various shared service teams and other IT BPEs.
