The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws, immediate reporting of any changes in resident condition or safety incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Transport residents and manage room setup
