Job Summary

  • This role offers the opportunity to help shape the legal and strategic foundation of Prologis' next chapter of growth across both industrial and data center developments.
  • The selected attorney will be a hands-on practitioner at the forefront of sophisticated real estate and data center deals, proactively leading, negotiating, structuring, and closing some of the most complex transactions in the industry.

Salary

Base: $165,000 - $230,000; Bonus/Equity: Target bonus & LTI determined by candidate profile; Benefits: Healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) match up to 12%, 22 days PTO

  • 10+ years complex real estate transactional experience
