Job Summary

  • This position ensures that all product changes for New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Source Introduction (NSI) are properly evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented within established timelines.
  • The role is responsible for coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • This position serves as a key point of contact for identifying, communicating, and resolving issues related to product changes to support compliant, efficient, and cost‑effective product launches.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years in PCC-related activities
  • Minimum of 2 years working with Engineering Change Management systems (ECR/ECO)
  • Intermediate to Advanced English level
