Job Summary
This position ensures that all product changes for New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Source Introduction (NSI) are properly evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented within established timelines.
The role is responsible for coordinating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
This position serves as a key point of contact for identifying, communicating, and resolving issues related to product changes to support compliant, efficient, and cost‑effective product launches.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial design, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, or related field
2-3 years in PCC-related activities
Minimum of 2 years working with Engineering Change Management systems (ECR/ECO)
