Oversees all customer-facing aspects of in-person and virtual conferences and meetings, as well as all phases of AV production for distribution, archiving, and on-demand delivery of meeting content.
Manages the Audio/Visual department staff and the A/V production studio, employing appropriate leadership techniques for maintaining team and individual enthusiasm, energy, focus, and high performance.
Partners cross-functionally to ensure maximum uptime of all new and existing AV conference spaces and utilizes network of relationships to meet organizational demand.
