Job Summary

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities on the assigned construction project, including monitoring the construction plan, reviewing invoicing, and ensuring safe and quality work.
  • Oversee inspection staff to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, standards, regulations, and the contractor’s site-specific quality plan/contract.
  • Achieve the successful execution of the project and all desired outcomes/deliverables, including managing progress billing and influencing corrective actions.

Key Requirements
