Must-have

  • Group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products
  • Lead renewal and enrollment processes
  • Customer service proficiency
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with self-funded plans
  • Experience with BenefitPoint ImageRight
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of employee benefits experience
  • Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license
  • High school or equivalent
