Job Summary

  • This role manages the Black Hills Engineering Design Center facility located in Rapid City, SD and leads engineering services support teams supporting product groups located in various US & Mexico locations.
  • Responsibilities include managing all facility operations, leading a team of approximately 100 engineering, design and service staff, and representing Caterpillar for local, regional and state governments and community organizations.
