  • Assist in the automation of key indicators such as customer service rate, supplier service rate, blocked customer orders (EDI), and stock levels to achieve an instant data view.
  • Participate in the implementation of AI tools to automate processes, ensure reliable analyses, and optimize current tools while supporting team adoption.
