Job Summary
Provide Tier II IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies including VMware, SolarWinds, Cisco, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
Diagnose and resolve performance, security, and technical challenges, write Standard Operating Procedures, and participate in all phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle.
This position requires an active Top Secret clearance, a DoD 8570 IAT Level II/8140 Intermediate Certification, and the ability to obtain a computing environment certification within 6 months.

Active and current DoD 8570 computing environment certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
US Citizenship required
Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 6 years
