Responsible for the overall vision, mission, and service delivery of our master control operation while leading a team of skilled operators.
Foster an environment that ensures all of our internal customers have a consistent experience and motivate and manage a staff of professional, master control operators.
Communicate professionally with individuals within and outside of the master control hub, maintaining good personnel labor relations and identifying training needs.
