Job Summary

  • Provides oversight and support of workflow and functions in accordance with level of experience, education, and standards, assuming an expanded role with increased responsibility.
  • Coordinates operational, technical, and clerical support services that enhance the coordination, preparation, and flow of the department process and core work, planning and organizing workflows and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Works cross-functionally to assist the manager or supervisor in the operations and staffing of varied Patient Access areas and activities, including registration, scheduling, financial clearance, and emergency department.
