Job Summary
Provides oversight and support of workflow and functions in accordance with level of experience, education, and standards, assuming an expanded role with increased responsibility.
Coordinates operational, technical, and clerical support services that enhance the coordination, preparation, and flow of the department process and core work, planning and organizing workflows and prioritizing customer needs.
Works cross-functionally to assist the manager or supervisor in the operations and staffing of varied Patient Access areas and activities, including registration, scheduling, financial clearance, and emergency department.
