Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures that govern the nursing service department to ensure quality care.
This role requires ensuring that sufficient licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for every shift to meet resident care needs.
