  • As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for setting the sales benchmark in store, consistently driving sales and achieving personal sales targets.
  • You will be expected to greet, advise, and help clients, confidently cross-selling and upselling across all product offers while ensuring the client is the main focus at all times.
  • This role also involves ensuring that the merchandising is in line with the Belstaff image and commercial objectives of the store, and professionally handling customer complaints and issues.
