Must-have
HLA typing by rSSO and NGS methods
Luminex based HLA Antibody identification
Flow cytometric cross-matching procedures
ABO/Rh and IAT testing execution
Massive Transfusion Protocol knowledge
Daily reagent QC and equipment maintenance
Nice-to-have
Experience with automated ABO/RH equipment
Ability to aid in instrument repair
Student teaching and personnel assistance
Effective communication with medical staff
Training new staff and students
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Sciences
ASCP or CHT (ABHI) certification preferred
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
