Job Summary

  • Perform claim file reviews to evaluate Best Practices compliance and claim handling improvement opportunities, throughout the life of a claim file, across AIG Claims.
  • Organize and execute Benchmark reviews as a Team Lead; including scheduling, GQA review team oversite and results reporting.
  • Compensation for this position includes base salary and eligibility for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
