Beckettcottingham is seeking a Third Shift Operator/Set Up to manage operations, troubleshoot machinery, and ensure product quality in the assembly and packaging areas. The ideal candidate will have technical certifications, experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems

Job Summary

  • The Third Shift Operator/Set Up is responsible for the operations, minor mechanic repairs, adjustment and troubleshooting for the assembly area and the packaging area.
  • Must detect and evaluate product deviations from the specifications and must be capable to correct, adjust or change the machinery to meet quality and production standards.
  • BD prioritizes on-site collaboration because it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
