Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
