Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
  • You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
