Base: $110,300.00 - $165,500.00; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for incentive compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, wellness programs

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5–7+ years compliance experience in regulated industry
Familiarity with healthcare regulations like False Claims Act
Occasional travel availability
Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CHC, CCEP) preferred
