Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support a minimum of three markets in all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, lockbox reporting, and cash application.
Daily responsibilities include researching lockbox discrepancies, posting customer payments in Wide Orbit, and ensuring amounts received match posted amounts for credit cards and ACH.
The role requires close collaboration with station sales staff to resolve short pay discrepancies and process credit adjustments for revenue.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience
Strong Excel skills required
Wide Orbit or OSi experience a plus
Nice-to-have
Degree in Accounting or Management preferred
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Key Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable
