** QBE is seeking a People Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Leeds with hybrid work options. The role focuses on managing people-related projects and requires strong stakeholder engagement, project management experience, and knowledge of HR best practices. **

Job Summary

  • This is a key role that will work in partnership with the People Leadership Team to deliver the People Strategy through People Project Plans.
  • Manage People related projects (i.e. Org Design (OD) Transformations, Benefits reviews, Payroll changes) as per the agreed prioritisation with the Head of People Portfolio, to delivery within agreed timeframes, scope and budget with effective stakeholder engagement throughout.
