Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Business
3-5 years managing operations and systems
Direct experience with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
Strong communication and public speaking skills
Knowledge of Federal State local regulations
Nice-to-have
Master's Degree preferred
Proven track record of compassionate person-centered support
Experience building business and increasing sales
Ability to travel 25-50% as needed
Key Requirements
Three to five years progressively responsible experience
Three or more years supervisory experience with at least five direct reports
