Job Summary
Key Responsibilities This role is responsible for managing all tax compliance and reporting matters for the company's overseas operations
Tax Authority Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for tax audits, inquiries, and examinations by local tax authority; manage responses, documentation, and dispute resolution processes
Transfer Pricing & Cross-Border Structuring: Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance; advise on intercompany transaction arrangements to ensure arm's-length standards are met
