  • Develop and deliver competitive intelligence insights related to R&D executive talent markets, emerging skills, and competitor trends to inform leadership decisions and strengthen BMS’s employer value proposition.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 3+ years senior-level recruiting in Pharma/Biotech R&D
  • Expert knowledge of executive recruiting lifecycle
  • Advanced proficiency in recruiting technology and AI tools
  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
