Base: €45,000 gross fixed/year; Bonus/Equity: €5,000 annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: €110/month meal voucher (Jan-Nov), 24 vacation days + Dec 24th, Dec 31st, birthday off, private health insurance

Key Requirements
