Key Requirements
5-8 years experience in Application Support
Experience installing, configuring, or supporting business applications

Hands-on experience managing apps hosted on Cloud
Knowledge of active monitoring tools
Experience managing cloud-based applications, microservices, and cloud database storage technologies
Advanced execution capabilities and adaptability
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical skills
Issue tracking and reporting experience
Knowledge of problem management tools
Ability to plan and organize workload
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
