The role involves leading the full project lifecycle from sales handover to completion while acting as Principal Contractor for health and safety compliance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Project Management experience within HVAC
Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
Experience with budgets procurement and logistics
Understanding of CDM and on-site Health & Safety
Ability to interpret P&IDs and engineering drawings
Nice-to-have
IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred
APM/IPM membership or working towards
Knowledge of PSSR and BS EN378 standards
SMSTS / CSCS certification
Willingness to travel to London & Southern UK sites
