The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
The role requires vigilant observation of resident conditions, including skin breakdown and missing persons, with immediate reporting to the Nurse Supervisor.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data

Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing team
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents
